Signing up is easy! Simply create a Nibble & Gnaw customer account using the rewards section on our website. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to start earning Nibble Points on eligible purchases and keep track of your rewards in one place.
You can earn Nibble Points by shopping with Nibble & Gnaw and completing any eligible rewards activities shown in your rewards account. Make sure you’re logged in before placing an order so your points can be added to your account.
Log in to your Nibble & Gnaw account and open the rewards section. From there, you’ll be able to see your current points balance and any rewards available to redeem.
To use your points, open the rewards section, choose the reward you’d like to redeem, and generate your discount code. Then, enter the code at checkout before completing your order.

Only one discount code can usually be used per order. If you already have another offer or discount applied, you may need to choose which code you’d prefer to use at checkout.
Yes. You’ll need to create and use a Nibble & Gnaw customer account so we can track your points and rewards. Orders placed without being logged in may not automatically collect points.
Rewards may not be valid on certain sale items, bundles, subscriptions, or promotional products. If a reward code does not apply at checkout, the item may be excluded from the promotion.
Your rewards account will show any available points and rewards. We recommend checking your balance regularly so you don’t miss out on using your points towards eligible orders.
Reward codes need to be entered at checkout before your order is completed. Unfortunately, they can’t usually be applied after an order has been placed.
There are a few common reasons a reward code may not apply:
- You’re trying to use it on a subscription order
- Another discount code is already applied
- The item is excluded from rewards
- The code has already been used
- You’re not logged into the correct account
