If you wish to return an item for refund, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your delivery so we can sort your refund promptly.
If you are returning a product, please complete the Returns Form on our website ensuring you provide the Order Number, Reason for Return and attach pictures if appropriate. You will be emailed an Address Label, please tape this securely to the parcel. Ensure the parcel/box is well taped/sealed and send to us at the following address;

If you have returned a product for refund, we will refund your invoice cost after deducting £8.00 to cover the cost of order processing, packaging and delivery, provided the product is received by us within 30 days of the order date in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received by you. The sooner the goods are returned, the sooner we can process your refund!
We strive to keep our delivery costs as low as possible and regrettably we can’t take responsibility for the cost of return shipping. Do please make sure you obtain a certificate of postage just in case the parcel goes missing.
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone on 028 9037 2535 or by contacting us via our website messaging facility. If it’s too late to cancel the delivery, don’t worry – just refer to the Refund section above.
The cost of the return will be your responsibility so do make sure you get a certificate of postage in case of “lost in the post” issues!
CHANGING AN ORDER
We are unable to change an order once it has been made, however if you let us know by emailing email@example.com, by phone on 028 9037 2535 or by contacting us via our website messaging facility immediately after you have placed the order we will cancel your order before it is prepared for delivery. If it’s too late to cancel the delivery, don’t worry – just refer to the Refund section above.
