You earn rewards by referring new customers to Nibble&Gnaw using your unique referral link. When a customer places an eligible order through your link, and it’s successfully fulfilled, you’ll receive a reward.

A referral is considered successful if:

  • The order is made directly through your unique referral link.
  • The order meets any specified minimum purchase amount.
  • The order is fulfilled successfully (i.e., shipped and completed).

Note: If the customer clicks your link but leaves the site before purchasing, the referral will not be tracked.

No. Self-referrals, including using different email addresses, are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

You’ll receive an email with reward claim instructions once a successful referral is detected. This may take up to 24 hours after the referred customer's order has been fulfilled.

No. Distributing your referral link via commercial advertising or spam is not allowed and may result in removal from the program.

Yes. Each purchase you make generates a new, unique referral link. Rewards are tracked separately for each link.

No. Your reward balance must be used in a single purchase. It cannot be divided between multiple transactions.

No. Referral rewards cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases and are not redeemable for cash.

Any misuse, including self-referrals or spam distribution, can result in cancellation of referral credits, loss of promo codes, and disqualification from current and future promotions.

Yes. Nibble&Gnaw reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
