COVID-19 Update

At Nibble & Gnaw our priorities lie with our family, friends, customers, colleagues and of course our furry friends.  Coronavirus will not change that.
We appreciate your animals still need to be fed and that you need to be confident in receiving your orders.   With that in mind let us reassure our customers that we have plenty of product in stock and no concerns about supply, so you can continue to purchase with confidence.
Our production and dispatch teams are still working hard to get orders out quickly and efficiently, and we've put new policies in place to ensure all our staff and customer's safety is central to everything we do.
The rest of us are following lockdown procedures and working from home.  You can contact us in the usual way.  Ideally by contact form or email since our customer service team are working remotely.

Christmas & New Year

⭐️⭐️ Holiday Closure & Shipping Information ⭐️⭐️

We will be closing at 5pm on December 23rd!

To guarantee delivery before Christmas orders should be placed by 1pm on Monday 20th December. Orders placed after the 20th December will be dispatched but may be delayed. Our last dispatch day will be Friday 24th however deliveries will only be collected by the courier and will not be fully processed until Wednesday 29th December. Orders placed between 29th - 31st may be delayed until the New Year.

Couriers are already experiencing delays in shipping with the Christmas rush starting so please ensure you order your product in plenty of time to avoid running out! 

UK Shipping

Nibble & Gnaw offer free delivery on orders over £25.00 to the UK.  A flat rate charge of £2.99 will be added to your purchase if under £25.00.
We would rather under promise and over-deliver, so please expect standard delivery to arrive within 2-4 working days of purchase regardless of where you live.  There is a surcharge of £15.00 to certain remote areas of the UK, this surcharge will be notified to you when placing your order based on the postcode you select.

Ireland Shipping

Nibble & Gnaw offer free delivery on orders over €28 to Ireland. A flat rate of £2.99 is charged on all orders from Ireland.  Again, allow at least 4 days for delivery.

International Shipping

Our prices do not include costs for delivery outside the UK and Ireland at the moment, but please get in touch if you'd like to order some product and we can check the delivery price for you.
