Subscription Advice

Tracking parcel:

Once you have made an order with us you will get sent an automated email that confirms the order, as well as lets you know important information like the order number, total price and shipping method.

In this email, you will also get a tracking number so that you can track your parcel and see where on its journey it is.

1. To do this, select the ‘View your order button’ highlighted below.

2. This will then take you to the following page. Select the code highlighted below to track your parcel.



3. If you have any issues the best number to call for Parcel Force is 0344 800 4466 and for Royal Mail 0345 774 0740.


Cancel order/change date of subscription:

1. Log in to your account dashboard



2. From here, select the manage subscription button as highlighted in the above picture.

3. This will take you to a page where you can check your transaction history, cancel, pause or change the date of your subscription, add or remove products and so on.

4. To change the date, select the button highlighted in the picture below.



5. Here you can pick any date you need and save the changes.
